Dance in the Gallery

The dance improvisation by choreographer Hana Polanská responds to the object Between Conflicts by Ice Coral. The body, movement, and gesture entangle into a web of references relating to the concepts of line, organicity, and ornament in visual art, architecture, and dance itself. Inside and outside, folds, dancing mass, constant change, and the effectiveness of organic form are manifested in the relationship between the body and the object.
