The residential project Na Pramenech stands on the purity of lines and the perfection of surfaces

 

The architect was aided in achieving the intended architectural impression. Without the correctly chosen doors, it would not have been possible to achieve such precise merging of elements and clean surfaces, which are characteristic of this project.

Clear Vision: Clean Lines and 3x Hardened White Lacquer

The basic assignment for selecting interior elements was defined by the demand for a minimalist appearance. For this purpose, Clara doors in premium HQ lacquer were chosen. This surface finish, which includes triple sanding and UV curing, provides the doors with an exceptionally smooth surface and high mechanical resistance. The flush design allows the doors to merge with the frame into one plane, creating an undisturbed visual whole in modern residential architecture.

Technical Variability Across the Portfolio

The Na Pramenech project utilizes a wide spectrum of Doornite's product portfolio. In addition to standard interior door leaves, the delivery was supplemented with special climate doors, which form an essential barrier between the living area and the garage entrance. These doors are equipped with an aluminum interlayer that prevents moisture from penetrating the leaf and are designed for temperatures ranging from 10 °C to 28 °C with humidity from 30% to 65%. Thanks to the technical sophistication of these systems, meeting more demanding construction requirements was not a problem.

"In terms of technical specifications, we did not have to deal with complex challenges; only for part of the apartments were sliding doors along the wall used, which is an ideal solution for saving space," adds Michal Skorkovský, the investor's representative. Additionally, for the door leaves, DTD filling was preferred, which ensures higher rigidity and better acoustic insulation parameters.

Price-Quality Ratio as a Decisive Factor

In selecting, not only the technical sophistication of the products played a role but also the efficiency of the entire solution. "For this project, Doornite doors were chosen primarily for their design and excellent price-quality ratio," concludes Michal Skorkovský, the investor's representative.
