In addition to furniture from renowned companies and a database of world designers, a new section Lighting has been added, in which MyCode collaborates with the renowned Italian manufacturer, iGuzzini. The product database has thus been expanded to include a representative selection of several hundred lighting fixtures from the Italian company iGuzzini.
The extensive catalog is freely available not only to Archiweb readers but also at www.MyCode.cz. Every architect, designer, or anyone interested in contemporary design can search for various alternatives for furniture, home accessories, and newly also design lighting fixtures according to their criteria. Additionally, other online functionalities of the catalog can be utilized: Price Inquiry and Request for Catalog. The content of the catalog is continually growing, and the expansion of other sections is currently being prepared.
The catalog www.MyCode.cz allows searching based on three basic criteria: by product type (such as pendant lights, plastic chairs, garden furniture...), by manufacturer, or by designer's name who designed the product. Simple and intuitive navigation in clear graphics provides a tool to quickly obtain detailed information about design products from renowned foreign companies. For many, technical sheets, dwg files, and other external links are also available, enabling the preparation of a presentation for the client in a matter of minutes. Each record can also be printed and sent as a catalog sheet.
On www.MyCode.cz, the functions Price Inquiry and Request for Catalog are also prepared. For designer furniture, where there are numerous surface finish or upholstery options, it is never possible to establish a single price: it always depends on the chosen execution and the quantity. The price for one chair is different from that for a hotel contract for, say, one hundred beds. An individual price inquiry allows architects direct communication with the catalog's pricing support, which promptly addresses each inquiry or request for a catalog or further information.
