Do architecture manifestos make sense today?
Why are they created less frequently now compared to the twentieth century? Does contemporary architecture no longer feel the need to clearly define its current meaning, role, direction, and character? And why doesn't society demand this from it?
What significance do publicly formulated contemporary theories—whether in the form of a manifesto, movement, charter, direction, or coherent theory—have and have had in history, whether individual or collective? What impact do they have or have had on realized architecture or on society's life?
