We would like to invite you to the second edition of the seminar titled BIM Breakfast. It is intended for everyone interested in the issues of BIM and new technologies in CAD design. But is it enough to just work in Revit for your projects to meet BIM standards? Questions on this topic are becoming increasingly frequent, thanks in part to the rising demands of investors. If you want to succeed with a contract in the world, it is increasingly likely that they will require BIM from you.

Therefore, as Adeon, in collaboration with the Association of Architects, Autodesk, and a number of other partner companies, we have prepared a seminar for all interested parties in the application of BIM (Building Information Modelling), namely, an intelligent 3D information model of a construction object.

What will you learn at the seminar?
This is a half-day event dedicated, of course, to the topic of BIM. Among the presenters will be representatives from Autodesk, who will talk about the present and future of BIM and the use of their programs such as Revit and Navisworks. Additionally, there will be interesting presentations from our clients, Hutní projekt Frýdek-Místek a.s. and PRODIN a.s., from whom you will learn about their journey to BIM design and the role programs like Autodesk play in their work.

Program
Current and future of BIM, Patrik Minks – Autodesk spol. s.r.o.
BIM and a single source of truth, Tomáš Lendvorský – Autodesk spol. s.r.o.
(Ostrava) Coordination and BIM, Roman Lisník – Hutní projekt Frýdek-Místek a.s
(Hradec) Our direction towards BIM, Ondřej Pešek – PRODIN a.s.
BIM implementation in practice, Václav Škarka – Adeon CZ s.r.o.
Virtual reality in construction, Matěj Škarka – Adeon CZ s.r.o.
Dynamo and design automation, Jiří Drahotuský – Adeon CZ s.r.o.
BIM add-on for Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, Rostislav Mareš – BIM Technology, s.r.o.
(Ostrava) Unified data structure of BIM information in the Czech Republic, Tomáš Čermák – BIM Manager, OBERMEYER HELIKA a.s
(Hradec) Unified data structure of BIM information in the Czech Republic, Jakub Škaloud – BIM coordinator VCES a.s.
Large-scale 3D scanning of objects in practice, Bohumil Michalík – G4D s.r.o.
(Ostrava) Future of the Lower Vítkovice area, Petr Koudela – Lower VÍTKOVICE, z.s.

Accompanying program
On-site, we will also have a rich accompanying program to the lectures themselves. You can look forward to a demonstration of the spatial FARO 3D scanner, and if the weather is good, there will also be a demonstration of aerial scanning using a drone from G4D. You will be able to experience virtual reality over CAD models from Revit and Navisworks – thanks to xVirtuality Ostrava with state-of-the-art HTC Vive virtual devices. You will also be able to see the Cetus3D 3D printer and prints of construction models from this printer. Additionally, there will be a stand from 3D Connexion where you can try out unique 3D positioning devices for CAD models.
