MATCH – a lighting concept that can be entirely designed and customized online

Are you looking for uniqueness? Meet the MATCH lighting fixture. The company VIBIA recently introduced a new lighting concept based on the principle of co-creation.
The innovative pendant light designed by the creative duo Jordi Vilardell & Meritxell Vidal represents a development in lighting in terms of design, technology, and connection with the opportunities of the contemporary online world.



The idea of a flexible light fixture was born from the concept of creating a maximally customizable light composition that architects and designers could adjust online themselves.
MATCH is, therefore, essentially a simple and functional light fixture that can be easily transformed into a “customizable chandelier.” The result is infinite artistic configurations based on thin steel rods with LED fixtures at the end, illuminating the main themes of the decor.

On www.vibia.com, 2D and 3D simulations are available for anyone to try out various arrangements of the MATCH fixture and create visualizations of lighting scenes according to their own design. The fixture then becomes part of the design concept of the given space.
