A system designed for contemporary architecture

The model line IDEA DOOR consists of three variants – IDEA, IDEALINE, and IDEANET. Each of them is based on the same construction principle but offers a different expression and usage options. The maximum size of up to 1,400 × 2,800 mm allows for generous passageways and creates visually clean connections between different parts of the interior.

"In developing the IDEA collection, we did not seek ways to highlight the doors. We looked for ways to integrate them as best as possible into the architectural concept. The result is a system that gives space to materials, light, and the proportions of the interior itself," says PaedDr. Petr Paksi, DBA, managing director of JAP FUTURE.

The IDEA model is defined by a subtle frame made of anodized aluminum and glass filling. This creates a timeless solution suitable for residential and commercial projects. The IDEA WOOD variant complements the technical precision with the natural character of a veneered frame in oak or walnut decors.

Working with rhythm and proportion

The IDEALINE variant brings an additional layer of space interaction. Fine aluminum profiles divide the glass surface and create a rhythm that can underline the character of the interior or connect with other architectural elements.

Architects have access to ten basic dividing variants, which can be individually adjusted according to specific projects. This enables the doors to respond to the proportions of the space, the division of walls, and the desired visual expression.

Material that works with light

The most distinctive variant of the collection is IDEANET. A metal mesh in silver or gold is laminated between two layers of glass. The result is a detail that changes its character depending on the intensity of light and the angle of view.

The mesh creates a gentle depth, works with transparency, and adds another dimension to the space without being dominant. This ability to create atmosphere through detail is why IDEANET is applied in both residential and representative commercial projects.

One design, multiple uses

The IDEA DOOR collection offers both hinged and sliding designs. The sliding variants can be combined with PREMIUM and TRIX systems or integrated into JAP construction pockets. Hinged doors can be connected with the subtle GARDE frame, creating elegant glazed partitions with minimal visible structural elements.

Freedom for creative design

An important part of the system is the extensive possibilities for individualization. Aluminum frames can be customized according to RAL, NCS, or JAP Metallic color charts. Glass fillings are available in various degrees of transparency, including frosted, lacquered, or sandblasted finishes. This way, the doors can naturally connect to other materials in the interior and become part of a cohesive architectural concept.
