Colors with soul ... ALBIXON Powder Coating

The history of our powder coating plant began in 2000, and since then we have been engaged in high-quality chemical pre-treatment and powder coating of aluminum and steel materials.

Due to the continuously increasing volume of orders from both the Czech and foreign markets, at the beginning of this year we invested in a completely new and modern powder coating technology, which spans more than 4,500 m².
With this step, we became the largest powder coating plant in Central Europe. The new coating operation now features a fully automated line with chemical pre-treatment, a very quick color change capability (within 20 minutes), and a baking tunnel oven with regulated temperature and speed of passage. The line achieves a daily coating capacity of 2,500 – 3,000 m². The unique dimensions of the baking oven 9 x 2.4 x 0.6 m with a maximum load of up to 750 kg per hook make us true specialists in this field. The five-chamber chemical pre-treatment works with high-quality products from the German company NABU-Oberflächentechnik GmbH.


The powder coatings used are supplied by globally renowned companies and brands in facade quality and certified by Qualicoat and GSB. In addition to the services of the powder coating plant, we also have a special Decoral line with the capability to decorate materials with a maximum profile length of up to 9 m and sheet sizes of 4 x 1 m. The technology of this surface treatment ensures an unmistakable appearance of the coated surface, achieved by applying a special polyurethane powder coating and subsequent sublimation of ink from a transfer film, into which the coated item is placed. This film transfers given decors, such as wood, granite, marble, carbon, copper, or other atypical patterns. All colors and films used in this technology are subject to Qualideco certification. The possibilities for artistic solutions are virtually limitless.

The Decoral line is characterized by the highest quality with absolute precision in creating imaginative, abstract three-dimensional images. The guarantee of high quality, durability, and long service life of surface treatments is ensured. Decoral is not chemically harmful and is not detrimental to the environment. The operation of the coating plant is managed according to the ISO 9001 standard, and the certification process according to GSB International and Qualicoat is currently underway, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
