Trade fair for wooden structures For Wood will also focus on log cabins and timber houses

Prague - The main theme of the upcoming For Wood fair will be so-called massive wooden structures, such as log cabins and timber houses. While last year's event featured 44 exhibitors, the upcoming fair in Prague's Letňany will have around 70 companies represented. ČTK was informed today by the fair's spokesperson Jiří Wagner.
    "The fair is primarily to serve as a center for innovations and tips for wooden constructions," stated the main manager of the fair, Martin František Přívětivý. Exhibitors have rented 3000 square meters for the upcoming fair, compared to 1720 square meters at the last event.
    The For Wood fair was previously held as part of a larger construction fair, For Arch, but the February exhibition of wooden structures will take place independently. The fair's doors will open to visitors on February 8, 2012, and the event will last until February 11.
