Lovers of quality wooden architecture surely have the date February 6 – 9, 2014 marked in their diaries. During these days, the Wood Buildings fair will take place at the Prague Holešovice Exhibition Grounds.



Visitors will have a unique opportunity to see two types of houses from the portfolio of Prodesi/Domesi companies up close. The Futura Freestyle and Futura Neo will be presented here in life size.

All attendees will be able to get a perfect picture of the comfort and spaciousness of these two houses. Moreover, they will have an unforgettable opportunity to meet with architects and ask them all the details regarding technology and architecture.

Futura Neo is designed for both the construction technology “two by four” (frame construction) and CLT technology (cross-laminated timber). Clients can also choose the final treatment of the facade. There is an option with a classic facade or with partial or complete wood cladding. Due to the technologies used, Futura NEO belongs to the category of passive houses.
The house is designed for 3 – 4 people with a layout of 5+kk and a usable area of 98m2 and meets all the requirements of modern living.

Futura Freestyle is a house for those who have not compromised on the comfort of modern living and design even with a standard house. This house is about multifunctional space. It can serve as a family or weekend home. The load-bearing structure of the house is designed using CLT technology (cross-laminated timber) in the form of massive wooden panels.
The house is designed for 3 – 4 people with a layout of 3+kk and a usable area of 76.5m2. Thanks to the II.NP platform, the usable area can be expanded to 108m2 (4+kk). The entire house is maximally open and connected to the exterior while also providing necessary privacy.
