Jan Jehlík and Jiří Plos: Methodology for Assigning Territorial Plans

At the end of 2012, the Faculty of Architecture won a public competition in research, development, and innovation for a program project of the capital city of Prague - it is a three-year research concerning the problem of quality commissioning of spatial plans for large cities in the contemporary conditions of their development. The fundamental vision in the research is the creation of a methodological procedure for commissioning spatial plans arising from extensive research on current manifestations and fundamental trends in the development of Czech cities in the European context. The project in Ostrava will be presented by urban planner and architect Jan Jehlík and expert on urbanism theory and law in architecture Jiří Plos.
