Five contemporary glass facades

Architects' Newspaper presented five current projects from significant architectural firms on its pages. All these projects share the theme of innovation in glass facades of buildings. Whether it's the simple glazing of the Toledo Museum of Art by SANAA, the "anti-terrorist" facade by Rafael Viñoly, the mirrored mosaic in Seoul by Barkow Leibinger, or one of the first skyscrapers built on the site of the WTC by SOM, the goal was always to showcase the inexhaustible potential of glass.
