Architectural Center in London by Zaha Hadid

The first lady of the British architectural scene presented detailed plans for a new architectural center in London last Friday. Hadid won this commission when her project triumphed in an international competition last January, where the jury included Will Alsop and David Chipperfield. The four-story pavilion, costing £2.25 million, will serve as the main headquarters for the London-based Architecture Foundation, where various events, lectures, and exhibitions are expected to take place.
