VALAŠSKÉ KLOBOUKY – To address the long-term high demand for land for individual housing construction, the City of Valašské Klobouky has decided to create new development in the area "Nad Koupalištěm." Since this area closely connects to the outskirts of the city, it is necessary to address the suitable incorporation of the development and the connection of infrastructure. For this purpose, the city has announced an urban planning competition in which authors can submit their proposals for zoning conditions and the overall concept of the space.
