In the area of the terrain break, in the transition area between the industrial complex and residential developments, to the north of the original production and administrative building, on a plot that seemed unusable, a relatively extensive extension was created, which expanded the already insufficient production spaces of the rapidly developing company engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of printed circuit boards and other electronic components. Thus, the company did not have to technologically divide its production among more decentralized facilities or seek land for the construction of a larger facility. The unused residual land "skyrocketed to a price of gold."

Architecturally, the extension is designed as three separate block-towers (with a varying gradation module of 2, 3, 4) placed on a common base. The gaps between the towers ensure natural light for operations in the existing building and provide an opportunity for overhead lighting in the workshops and warehouses on the 1st floor-basis.
At the level of the 4th floor, where the administration is located, the towers are connected by a glass tube-pedway. The extension exceeds the original building by one floor. The administrative area is thus complemented on the southern side by a relaxation terrace for employees located on the roof of the existing building.
The volumes of the extension are topped with flat roofs and are adorned with a ventilated shingle façade made of aluminum tiles. The house's coat in a natural glossy silver finish not only wonderfully defies the elements, but also changes its appearance according to them. Transparent bay windows protrude from the main volume on the northern and western facades, which serve as an attractive spot for meetings over coffee.

The central motif of the interior spaces of the administrative part becomes the concrete "sculpture" of the main access staircase and the diagonal pedestrian walkway with glass tubes.
The interiors are treated in light colors, including furniture. This minimalist color palette is softened by wooden natural lamellae used in the coverings and ceilings. In the common areas, a vinyl floor with individual corporate printing is laid. This pattern is also projected onto the wall cladding of the entrance passage under the angular awning.
The building offers bright, sunlit working spaces bathed in light with views of the surrounding landscape (the old city cemetery, Radhošť, Černá hora, Vsetín Hills, Javorníky), or life in close proximity.
The extension has cultivated the adjacent site, bringing a new identity to the area with a roundabout, the connecting housing estate, and the nearby supermarket parking lot.
