About the Role:
● Drive the creative vision for diverse, award-winning architectural projects.
● Develop early-stage and competition concepts for our projects.
● Champion CHYBIK + KRISTOF's distinct design philosophy and craft character across all scales, clients and cultures.
● Innovate with the latest design trends and technologies.

About You:
● Proven track record as a Design Lead with an exceptional and international portfolio in master planning, mixed-use development, office, hospitality, residential, cultural, and commercial projects, as well as retrofitting and repurposing existing structures.
● 10+ years of industry experience pushing boundaries in architecture and design.
● Strong communication and proven leadership skills.
● Fluency in Czech or Slovak is a must.
● Minimum English level C1.
● Membership with CKA, RIBA, ARB, or equivalent will be beneficial.
