Prague - The company Syner Real Estate has started construction of the residential project MUSE7 in Prague's Holešovice district for 1.5 billion Czech korunas. It will comprise a total of 150 apartments and 15 retail spaces, including space for the new Community Center of Prague 7. The developer expects to complete the construction by the second quarter of 2027. Syner informed ČTK of this today in a press release. Currently, more than 80 percent of the apartments are sold or reserved.
MUSE7 will be located near the Nádraží Holešovice metro station and will feature apartments ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk. According to the developer, the building will be equipped with underfloor heating and air recovery systems. It will also include a private gym, a wellness area with a sauna, a reception, and a bike washing station. The project will also include a new courtyard. The Community Center of Prague 7 will then be in the renovated spaces of the original paper mill.
"We managed to preserve one historically valuable building from the original development, which we are revitalizing, and through it, we will write the genius loci of this place into MUSE7 in combination with a technologically advanced new building," said Petr Syrovátko Jr. from Syner Real Estate.
The architects of the building are Lucie Pachmanová and Pavel Slezák from the AGE project studio. According to Pachmanová, MUSE7 is a modern interpretation of classical apartment buildings. "In the design, we reflected the division typical of traditional residential block development in the central part of Prague by breaking the street façade into six different units. I am pleased that we managed to preserve part of the original building and sensitively integrate it into the overall concept," she added.
Syner Real Estate is the real estate division of the construction company of the same name. It is currently building, for example, the residential complexes Nový Perštýn and Nová Kunratická in the Liberec region. In Plzeň, it is preparing the Bydlení Šumavská residence. The Syner construction group has been operating in the Czech Republic for about 35 years. It primarily focuses on the construction of residential buildings, industrial complexes, and transportation infrastructure.
