The Board of the Czech Architecture Foundation announces a call for proposals for the allocation of foundation grants for the year 2019 in the field of architecture.
The Czech Architecture Foundation primarily supports publishing, exhibition, and educational activities presenting both Czech and foreign architecture (in the form of exhibitions, lectures, publications, press and web presentations, workshops, and discussions focused on current issues in contemporary architecture). Foundation grants are not intended for the personal professional activities of architects or for the operation and activities of public architectural schools.
The amount preliminarily designated for distribution in the open selection process is 700,000 CZK.
The call for proposals is intended for: • registered associations, registered institutes, and non-profit organizations • public law institutions • budgetary organizations • individuals
The application must contain: completed form (PDF form for download here) basic description of the project limited to a maximum of 2 A4 pages + additional attachments at the applicant's discretion project budget including anticipated further financial securing one brief professional recommendation if possible an affidavit of the truthfulness of all data provided in the Application The completed form including attachments must be sent as a single PDF file by January 20, 2019, to the email address nca@nca.info

If the applicant is a recipient of a foundation grant from the previous year, they must submit a report on the status of the implementation of this grant in accordance with the concluded contract together with the application.
The selection process will be evaluated by February 7, 2019, the results will be published on the foundation's website, and grants will be disbursed from the second quarter of 2019 according to the implementation schedule.
All submitted materials will be used only for the purposes of the selection process and will be kept in the foundation's archive.
