How to be energy self-sufficient will be presented at InnovationTOUR. It starts on May 10th and will visit Liberec, Prague, České Budějovice, and Brno

Prague, May 3, 2022 ‒ After a successful last year’s edition, STIEBEL ELTRON is once again bringing InnovationTOUR across the Czech Republic this year. Those who need to replace their boiler or are interested in the latest solutions in water heating, heating, ventilation, and cooling should not miss the opportunity to visit the mobile booth, where they can view STIEBEL ELTRON products and discuss everything necessary with experts.

The modern mobile booth will showcase intelligent devices that enhance living comfort and enable energy savings. InnovationTOUR will take place on May 10 in Liberec in front of the MARO branch (Doubská 1002), continuing on May 12 and 13 in Prague (PTÁČEK, Poděbradská 1020/30, Prague 9 - Vysočany), on May 16 - 17 it will be in České Budějovice (GIENGER Tábor, Okružní 2686, České Budějovice), and it will conclude in Brno (GIENGER BRNO, Tuřanka 115, Brno - Slatina) on May 19 - 20.

If you are building or renovating your house, take a look at heat pumps that convert energy accumulated in the air and ground into heat for heating. Not only that, in the summer months they also provide pleasant cooling for the home and, in combination with a hot water storage tank, can heat water. There will also be systems for controlled ventilation, which ensure healthy fresh air in residential spaces. Thanks to heat recovery, they utilize up to 90% of the heat obtained from exhaust air and bring it back, thus saving energy for heating the house. Tankless and storage water heaters, as well as electric direct heaters, will also be presented.

Energy self-sufficiency and modern heating solutions have recently become a concern for nearly everyone. The obligation to replace old solid fuel boilers, which affects at least 150,000 households in the Czech Republic, has been postponed from this year’s September 1 for two years; however, due to waiting times, it is still necessary to address the situation in a timely manner. STIEBEL ELTRON has prepared advantageous sets of heat pumps for this occasion. “The easiest solution for households and small operations is to replace the existing non-ecological boiler with a new heat pump, which will be more efficient, comfortable, and environmentally friendly. The standardized sets ensure excellent efficiency and minimize installation errors. In addition to heating, they ensure hot water heating, cooling, or ventilation; they can be easily and intuitively controlled. There are solutions available for every construction situation, for small spaces, outdoor or indoor installations. They work reliably even in mountainous areas,” says Jan Metlický, sales director of STIEBEL ELTRON.

Given the current developments and the Czech Republic’s efforts to increase energy security by reducing dependence on gas, the conditions for boiler replacement subsidies for low-income households have also been adjusted. Specifically, the subsidy for heat pumps has been increased by 50,000 CZK, to 180,000 CZK. Others can receive a subsidy of up to 100,000 CZK for boiler replacement from the New Green Savings program. All STIEBEL ELTRON heat pumps meet the strictest parameters and are included in the subsidy list of verified products.
