The baptism of the completely final issue of the magazine SMART CITIES, about technologies and concepts for more efficient city management, with its current and last theme being RECYCLING, will take place on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 6:30 PM in the cultural space PRAHA / Forum for Architecture and Media, Husova 18a in Brno.
The evening will include not only a farewell to the magazine SMART CITIES but also a thematic lecture by the curator and architecture theorist Helena Doudová and Robert K. Huber, a member of the studio zukunftsgeraeusche GbR, which has been active on the Tempelhof airport site since 2011. This studio's approach focuses on recycling, reuse, and upcycling within their architectural practice on several levels - cultural, material, and educational.
