Selection procedure for the allocation of NČA grants for the year 2015

The Board of Trustees of the Czech Architecture Foundation has announced a call for proposals for the allocation of grants for 2015 in the field of architecture focusing on exhibitions, publications, lectures, and workshops.
A total amount of 1,000,000 CZK will be distributed.

1. The call for proposals is intended for:

• non-profit associations and public-benefit organizations
• public law institutions
• contributory and budgetary organizations on the condition that they will participate 50% in the project implementation
• individuals (financed from the foundation's own resources)
• legal entities (financed from the foundation's own resources).

2. The application must include:

• a completed form
• basic project description with a maximum length of 2 A4 + additional attachments at the applicant's discretion
• project budget including anticipated additional financial support
• one brief professional recommendation
• copy of the organization's registration document
• copies of the organization's statutes or by-laws
• copy of the document appointing the statutory representative
• declaration of the truthfulness of all information.

3. The completed form (available for download at http://www.nca.info/cs/granty/jak-ziskat-grant.html), project description, and budget including all attachments must be submitted in the form of a single PDF file and sent by January 5, 2015, to the email address nca@nca.info; the complete written application must be delivered to the NČA office, Mánes, Masarykovo nábř. 250, 110 00 Prague 1 by the same date, contact person: Marie Krátká, +420604208545.

4. If the applicant is a recipient of a grant from the previous year, they must submit a report on the status of the implementation of that grant together with the application.

5. The call for proposals will be evaluated by the end of January 2015, and the results will be published on the foundation's website; contributions will be disbursed throughout 2015 according to the project implementation schedule.

6. All submitted materials will be used solely for the purposes of the call for proposals and will be kept in the foundation's archive.
