Radovan Lipus: The Noisy Architect Ivan Koleček

Radovan Lipus will introduce the remarkable personality of the Ostrava native Ivan Kolečka, who, after studying at the Czech Technical University in Brno, left for Lausanne in 1968, where he became a respected and extraordinarily prolific architect. His work ranges from the reconstruction of Romanesque cathedrals to the design of representative buildings and residential structures. The lecture will symbolically take place on the day of his 83rd birthday.
