We’re a DESIGN&BUILD architecture studio that started out in 2010 as a summer art camp for architecture and design students. Since then, we’ve grown into a global movement involving 20+ universities and 40+ countries. We believe in learning by doing, breaking down barriers between generations and professions, and creating real-world impact through architecture. Cabin Fever 2026 is more than just a summer school, it’s a one-of-a-kind architectural adventure. You’re invited to join and design something extraordinary! You’ll have the opportunity to build your design, and if you’re coming as a team, you can also submit your own proposal for a temporary installation and work together to bring it to life. A unique aspect of the program is that all participating students will receive official credit for the completed structures, offering professional recognition and valuable additions to your portfolios. A former textile factory surrounded by nature in Česká Kamenice, Czechia, a place where history, landscape, and architecture collide in all the right ways. Add in evening events, workshops, bonfires, and a whole lot of good energy, and you’ve got the kind of summer experience that sticks with you for a lifetime. From 20-28 July 2026, architects, students, designers, partners, and local businesses will again come together in Česká Kamenice, Czech Republic, on the grounds of a former textile factory and wartime labor camp. Come and build insanely cool projects with us, make lifelong friends and become part of the Hello Wood community forever.
