The Thursday newspaper The Courier Journal published an article - here - about a new project by OMA in the city of Louisville in the state of Kentucky. The project, titled Museum Plaza, is set to include two museums, a hotel, luxury apartments, and offices across its 61 floors. The total cost for the 214-meter tall skyscraper is expected to reach 380 million dollars. The form of the skyscraper is derived from Koolhaas's vision of new skyscrapers, which he initiated in his book Content - text Hyperbuilding.
On the Brooklyn Digital Foundry website, you can also view a "freaky video" of the proposed project, which was created with the help of motion tracking technology - here.
