The exhibition summarizes the results of the research project NAKI II "Origin and Attributes of Heritage Values of Historical Cities of the Czech Republic" (DG16P02R025) carried out from 2016 to 2020. Essential phenomena and attributes creating a comprehensive view of heritage values in the scale of urban entities were explored. The exhibition and the catalog present the outputs of the main results of the project: Functional Sample of a Hypothetical Demarcation Device “gromy”, Methodology for Complex Identification and Protection of Attributes of Values of Historical Cities, and Maps of Attributes of Complex Identity of Historical Cities. The basic approach is based on patterns of analyses of stability and changes in urban structure in both temporal and scale contexts, primarily processed in a GIS environment.
