2000 - worked at SHIMIZU Corporation
2001 - worked at HARYU WOOD STUDIO
2006 - founded his own studio Ikimono Architects
2012-15 - taught at Tohoku University
2012-22 - taught at Maebashi Institute of Technology
2017-22 - taught at Tojo University

2018-22 - taught at Ochanomizu University
since 2020 - visiting professor at Seian University of Art and Design
