Biography
Roland Köb is an Austrian architect who studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna from 1976 to 1984 under Prof. J. Spalt, O. M. Ungers, and W. Holzbauer. He was a co-founder of the architectural firm ARGE "Group 6B" (T. Fichtner, C. Mascha, C. Seethaler, G. Zwirchmayr). From 1993 to 1995, he served as a visiting professor at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor as part of the Sanders Fellowship. From 1996 to 2009, he worked as an assistant professor at the Technical University of Vienna.. Since 1995, he has been jointly managing the architectural firm Köb & Pollak Architektur with Sabine Pollak, with branches in Wolfurt and Vienna.
