From our own architectural practice, we know very well how important the presentation and visual aspect of an architectural design is. However, there is rarely enough time for this final phase of adjustment. Therefore, it often happens that even a quality project is undervalued due to poor or insufficient presentation.
There can be several reasons:
- I'm overwhelmed
- I don't have enough people on my team
- Hiring these people for a longer period is not economical for me (providing a place, hardware, software)
- Freelancers in my area are too narrowly focused (working only in one or a maximum of two software programs, doing only 3D visualizations, or only graphics, etc...)

- Quality freelancers in my area are not exactly the cheapest - they are usually forced for various reasons to work on a project from the beginning (3D modeling, visualization,...), which significantly increases the costs of the graphic output
