At the Architects' Dinner in the experimental space NoD in Prague, the awards for the winners of the THINK ARCH competition were presented on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. The best student works and projects by architects under 40 years old were honored. This year's theme was sustainability and more efficient use of materials and energy in architecture.
The subject of the THINK ARCH exhibition was the designs and realizations of buildings that exhibit elements of sustainability, more efficient use of materials and energy, and at the same time emphasize the improvement of environmental quality. At the festive evening in Prague's NoDu, prizes were awarded to the winners of both categories. A total of 27 competition entries were presented.
The organizers sought architecturally high-quality and inventive works that are beneficial to the environment and the quality of the built environment through their concepts. Because the goal of the exhibition is the promotion of 'young' and progressive architecture, the second category was intended for architects under the age of 40.
