Lias Vintířov Company brings comprehensive solutions for ceiling structures made of semi-ceiling panels with a monolithic layer or ceilings made of full cross-section panels for all types of buildings. Both systems are unique in that they are made of lightweight concrete – Liaporbeton. This results in excellent properties - optimal static, fire-resistant, and acoustic properties.
Concrete ceilings from semi-ceiling panels (filigree ceiling slab system)
The ceiling system consists of prefabricated semi-ceiling slabs, from which shear steel reinforcement protrudes. The components are primarily intended for ceiling or roof structures for residential buildings and family houses. The slabs are laid according to the assembly drawing on walls with lime-cement mortar. Openings in the panels are created during the production of the components, but can also be drilled to a limited extent on-site (after consulting with the structural engineer).
