Another spring is here, and with it comes another edition of Salone del Mobile. We invite you to Milan, where the furniture fair starts this week.
Another Milan spring is here, and we would like to invite you to visit the Salone del Mobile, which starts this week. We have selected three invitations and news from significant manufacturers of designer furniture.
Magis & Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec
The French design duo Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have been collaborating with the Italian company Magis for several years (you can view their results in myCode search right here). Currently, we have received photos of new products from the Bouroullecs in France that they will present at the Milan fair next week. Therefore, we are introducing a new chair designed for Magis in advance. Visit the Magis booth in Pavilion 5 (booth no. E14), where this new product will be on display alongside others.
Italian Classic: Zanotta
Zanotta will present a total of eighteen new products at the Milan fair. The exhibition booth was designed by the Bertero-Panto-Marzoli studio, and you can find it in Pavilion 12 (booth no. B07-C12). When you are in Milan, you can also visit the Zanotta showroom at Piazza Del Tricolore 2 in the city center. Here, you will also see the new products of the current season. This year's booth of the Italian company Edra was once again designed by creative director Massimo Morozzi. And it's not just any space where Edra will present new products; there will be leather items from the Brazilian duo Fernanda and Humberto Campana, as well as the new Chantilly from Inga Sempé. While everything was snowy white last year, this year we can look forward to black colors dominating the Edra booth. The Milan exhibition will be created from the modular system Paesaggi Italiani (view its enormous possibilities in the Wardrobes and Cabinet Systems section in the myCode catalog). We can again look forward to a precise, almost theatrical exhibition where light will interplay with the acrylic surfaces of the Paesaggi Italiani system. This year, 2007 is "the year of materials" for Edra: natural, synthetic, luminous, as well as matte with texture or smooth. Massimo Morozzi juxtaposes them, playing in contrast and literally exalting our senses, thus creating a new dimension of space. We invite you not only to the Edra booth (Pavilion 12, booth B15-C16-C20) but also to the Milan showroom at via Ciovassino 3 (Brera area), where Edra will showcase the news from the Brazilian brothers Francesca Binfaré and Inga Sempé under the name Materialism.
