New certified solution for improperly insulated houses

The system STX.THERM SANA is designed for the remediation and additional "doubling" of insulation with EPS insulation material, enhancing the thermal insulation properties of the previously applied insulation system. The innovation was brought and offered by STOMIX, a member of the Sto group.

The new special insulation system STX.THERM SANA along with the injected anchoring system Spiral Anksys represents the only certified and long-term solution for doubling and remediating problematic insulation with compromised stability.
This is a very economical solution. An undeniable advantage is the possibility of retaining the original insulation. This eliminates high costs associated with the dismantling of unstable and problematic insulations. This represents not only an economic benefit but also an ecological one. The original insulation does not need to be removed and addressed for storage. The investor will only pay for the additional insulation and will not have to pay for replacing the original insulation and for disposing of it in a landfill.

WITHOUT THE NEED TO DISMANTLE THE ORIGINAL INSULATION

We present an insulation system with a new method of injected anchoring that is suitable for repairing unstable ETICS. The STX.THERM SANA system was certified in the Czech Republic on September 24, 2013. The system is also suitable for doubling ETICS in cases where there is a demand to increase the thermal insulation properties of the construction or to eliminate defects associated with thermal bridges. The presentation also includes results from test protocols during the national and European certification of the Spiral Anksys injected anchoring and the certification of ETICS STX.THERM SANA.
