I am not an aquarist and have never owned an aquarium. Is it still possible to acquire one?
The "NatureWall" aquarium was specifically prepared for such purposes.
So: once every two weeks, fill the automatic feeder with food, and our service team will take care of the monthly maintenance and everything else. The goal of the "NatureWall" aquarium is to be a suitable relaxation and design accessory.

How long can I go without needing to care for the aquarium, and what should I do when going on vacation?
The NatureWall aquarium was assembled with the intention of minimal care and concern. Furthermore, our monthly service operates whereby you will always be contacted in advance and on time by our service technician, so there's no need to think about anything. It works like this: if you take advantage of our supplementary automatic feeder, you only need to fill it with food once every two weeks. Monthly maintenance needs to be performed, and we can fully take care of it for you.

Why is it beneficial to turn to a professional company for a custom aquarium?
This is crucial for three reasons. The first reason is the experience in the field, where you create a closed aquatic ecosystem with living creatures from around the world and various conditions that need to function well. This is ensured by someone who manages and cares for several types of aquariums every day as part of their profession. What does the monthly service maintenance include?
In the aquarium, there is a dual-chamber filtration unit that can become clogged. It needs to be cleaned on a monthly basis. During this process, you also need to pump out and replenish 1/3 of the water. If you do not wish to use our professional service, all necessary components for aquarium maintenance will be recommended and offered to you. During this monthly maintenance, you will also add three types of special natural-based preparations. Everything is described in detail and simply in the supplied instructions.

What are the monthly costs for maintenance performed by your company?
Regular monthly maintenance costs 1,000 CZK + transportation fees (as per the rate listed on the website for different distances from the departure point - Prague-east). The price includes all materials used + fertilizers and enzymes.

Is it possible to purchase spare parts, food, and other items over time or as needed?
Yes, we are manufacturers, so it's no problem to purchase any spare part. We also operate an online shop for our customers, making it convenient to order everything needed.

Can I see an aquarium live anywhere?
Yes, it has already been installed in various locations in the Czech Republic. It can be seen in both Prague and Moravia. We can arrange a meeting at a location that suits you.

So what do I need to do now that I've decided to have a "NatureWall" aquarium at home?
On the website, there is the option for online ordering. After filling it out, wewill send you a proforma invoice for 50% of the total amount, and after its payment, we will arrange a realization date. For the aquarium itself, you only need a flat wall and a power cable, which our technicians will connect to the aquarium. You will receive all documentation and sketches upon online ordering to the provided email.

Is it possible to have "NatureWall" as a marine aquarium?
"NatureWall" is designed only as an ecosystem freshwater tank. A marine aquarium requires more space.

Do you also realize other aquariums? I would like a large marine aquarium.
Yes, we manufacture other types of aquariums as well. This includes large public aquariums for zoos. However, in this case, the actual focus and system for ecosystem functionality is more complicated. For these purposes, an expert from our company will directly contact you.
