Wood spreads a distinctly calming atmosphere; it is natural, comfortable, and safe. Every solid wood tub is unique; wood has such a vast number of variations in color and texture that the sight of it continues to fascinate again and again. Over the years, the wood's color tone intensifies, giving tubs and sinks even more charm.

If you choose products made of solid wood, you are opting for a particularly environmentally friendly material. Wood has excellent thermal properties, and the water cools only minimally even after a longer time. Based on the special construction of the tub, there is a favorable ratio between the surface area of the water and the volume. Additional pleasant properties are related to the thermal conductivity and thermal capacity of the wood.

Wooden tubs, sinks, and shower cabins are made only from solid wood that has been surface-treated on both sides and treated with high-quality hygienically transparent coatings or colorless wax oils based on plants. These products are constructed as freestanding furniture, which can be placed independently, thus maximizing your creative space.

Even with all the positive properties of wood, much expertise and experience are necessary to create high-quality products intended for bathrooms that require minimal maintenance.
The manufacturer's experience stems from over a hundred years of producing water containers from solid wood.
Wood has specific properties that must be unconditionally considered during production. The untreated wood absorbs moisture from hygroscopic materials, which it can also release. When absorbing moisture, wood swells, and this occurs differently in length, width, and thickness for the processed piece. This is referred to as the anisotropy of wood.

The surface treatment of wooden bathroom products is particularly significant. On one hand, it must protect the wood from moisture, and on the other hand, it must exhibit excellent hygienic properties and be pleasant to the skin.
Transparent hygienic sealing coating is non-toxic and highly resistant to higher temperatures, chemicals, and the anisotropy of wood. A good hygienic property can be defined by being categorized in the "very good" class, which expresses the ability for decontamination according to DIN 25415. Transparent hygienic sealing is not suitable for outdoor placement due to UV radiation.
Another alternative to hygienically sealable surfaces is the treatment of the surface with natural wax oil, which serves as a protection for the wood, contains no organic biocides, and acts preventively against blue stain and decay.

Care for these products does not require any special agents. The same cleaning agents as for other sanitary acrylic products are used to clean transparently hygienically sealed wood. We recommend wiping the tubs with a dry cloth after use to prevent the accumulation of dirt and limescale. For products treated with natural wax oil, it is recommended to use plant soap for cleaning. This is only lightly rubbed in and then washed off with a sufficient amount of clean water.

Bathtubs
All bathtubs in standard design are equipped as follows: wood from larch or kambala, coated inside and outside with a layer of transparent hygienic sealing, alternatively a layer of silky matte hard wax oil is also possible. Always according to the size with 3 - 4 hoops made of hot-dip galvanized strip steel with the possibility of additional tension, including a standard click-clack drain valve with a thread of 1 ?".
The standard equipment includes the possibility to supply additional related accessories, such as a bathtub chrome drain complete, raised edge at the head of the tub, backrest, and many other options that these tubs offer.
External height can always be adjusted according to customer preference between 60 and 70 cm (internal depth is always 15.5 cm less).
For the maximum external height of 40 cm (e.g., if the tub is used as a children's or shower tub), the price is reduced by 10%.

Sinks
As a freestanding column sink or a countertop sink mounted on a separate table, treated inside and out with transparent hygienic sealing with 2 strips of hot-dip galvanized strip steel, with the possibility of additional tension, including a 1 ¼" drain valve with a stabilized chromed brass pipe of 120 mm as an overflow protection.

Shower Cabins
Exclusive shower cabin with a shower screen "Heiler 550" made of Western Red Cedar with a floor made of kambala or larch, treated inside and out with transparent hygienic sealing, including a standard 1 ½" drain valve and hoops made of hot-dip galvanized strip steel that can be additionally tensioned.
The cabin can be placed in open space along with a connecting column on the back side.
Height of the cabin is 220 cm, depth 97 cm, and width 116 cm. The internal height of the cabin is approximately 17.5 cm smaller than on the outside.
On request, the cabin can be made in a collapsible design and delivered with a separate step, hoops made of stainless steel, and side walls (to cover the connections behind the cabin).

Bathtubs
These tubs are made in standard design from larch wood, with beech as another possible option at no extra charge. The tubs weigh about 80 kg, with special types up to 120 kg. Water capacity is approximately 180 liters.
The tubs are equipped with a chrome drain complete.


Sinks
Wooden sinks including a half-column or countertop sinks made from larch wood, with beech as another possible option at no extra charge, are standardly equipped with chrome drain fittings.

Shower Cabins
They are made in standard design from larch wood with beech also available at no extra charge in the following dimensions: 85x85, 90x90, 95x95, 100x100, equipped with chrome drain complete.
