Private Garden, Public Park - The Best of the Second Half of the 20th Century
A private garden must be naturally perceived as a cleverly designed exterior of a house, as a space with a long history, whose elements undergo changes in connection with changes in lifestyle, architecture, and design, but the fundamental essence remains the same. Eight private gardens and eight different solutions for publicly accessible parks will be presented.

"Taking Off the Coat" - Ferdinand Hrách: Architecture between Historicism and Modernism
The turn of the 19th and 20th centuries can be characterized in architecture as a time when individual buildings move towards gradually shedding the "coat" of historicizing stylistic forms. The "end of old times" is also foreshadowed by the work of Vienna-born Ferdinand Hrách, who significantly influenced the appearance of Brno's "Ringstrasse" with his buildings.
