Prague - Today, the 13th edition of the Forum of Czech Construction will take place in Vysočany, Prague, this time titled Construction at a Crossroads. Politicians and experts from the field will evaluate, among other things, how the government is fulfilling its investment program. They will discuss the reasons for the decline in construction and the drop in public construction contracts.

The conference will also feature a discussion on Construction 4.0. This phase involves using the latest technologies in construction, including building information modeling.

The event, organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction (SPS) in the Czech Republic together with Blue Events, is attended primarily by representatives of construction, development, consulting, and investment companies. About 300 delegates participated in last year's edition.

This year, attendance has been promised by, among others, Finance Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO), Environment Minister Richard Brabec (ANO), Minister for Regional Development Karla Šlechtová (for ANO), Transport Minister Dan Ťok (for ANO), and President of SPS Václav Matyáš. From the opposition, the organizers have invited, for example, Petr Bendl (ODS), Jiří Dolejš (KSČM), and František Laudát (TOP 09).
