Prague - The city hall is preparing to repair the Hvězda game reserve in Prague 6 this year. This follows from the city's budget for this year. Repairs will take place in two phases and will cost six million crowns. Roads and walls will be repaired. "In the summer, we are planning a complete reconstruction of the surface of the main avenue road section from the Petřiny gate to the Hvězda summer palace," said city hall spokeswoman Tereza Králová. In the autumn of this year, the city hall wants to start the reconstruction of the enclosing wall in the section from the Petřiny gate to the gate above the Libocký church. "In places, it is in a state of disrepair, and some pieces have already fallen," described Králová. The Hvězda game reserve is located between Liboc, Ruzyně, and Břevnov, covering an area of 86.5 hectares. It was established in 1534 by Ferdinand I and served for hunting and celebrations, among other purposes.
