Searching for a Program Director of the Czech Architecture Foundation

The Czech Architecture Foundation, established to support architecture - as an integral part of contemporary culture, is looking for suitable candidates for the following two positions:

Foundation Program Director - 1/2 time
The job description will primarily include:
- preparation and ongoing updates of the foundation's strategic direction
- designing the foundation's own projects (both public-benefit and profit-making)
- proposals and implementation of sponsorship and partnership relationships
- searching for and obtaining grants and donations
- proposals and implementation of foundation investments
- cooperation with NČA galleries
- conceptualization of grant management
- cooperation with similar domestic and foreign institutions
- management of the executive team
- communication with the public and media
Requirements for candidates for this position:
- university education
- enthusiasm and ability to work for the support of architecture
- creativity and conceptual thinking
- financial acumen
- openness and communicativeness
- ability to represent
- active knowledge of English / German

Foundation Economic and Operational Manager - 1/2 time
The job description will primarily include:
- routine administration (accounting documents, invoicing, payments, archiving, etc.)
- cooperation with the foundation's authorities (preparation of meetings, minutes, materials for annual reports, etc.)
- management of real estate (care for buildings, rental agreements, collection of rent, etc.)
- management of the foundation's other assets (securities, financial resources)
- preparation of materials for evaluating the effectiveness of foundation investments
- administration of grant processes (preparation of materials, contracts, usage controls, etc.)
- administration of the foundation's own projects
- management of office operations
Requirements for candidates for this position:
- university / secondary education (preferably in economics)
- independence, diligence, responsibility
- unblemished record
- experience in administration
- openness and communicativeness
- knowledge of English / German
