The Jaroslav Fragner Gallery plans to exhibit selected student works (semester and diploma projects) focusing on designs for industrial buildings or the conversion of old abandoned production complexes in a separate space A-lab on the second floor as part of the upcoming exhibition Contemporary Czech Industrial, which will take place from 7/12/2011 to 15/1/2012.
Interested parties can send their works (portfolio in pdf) by 21/11/2011 to the address of the Fragner Gallery (galerie@gjf.cz, please include SCI- A-LAB in the subject line).
A jury composed of members of the exhibition's preparation team (Dan Merta - director of GJF, Petr Volf - publicist, Lukáš Beran - architectural historian, and Jakub Fišer - architect, chairman of DR NČA) will subsequently select the works to be presented at the exhibition from the submitted projects.
