Diary: In Kralice nad Hanou, there will be a satellite settlement

Olomouc - A small residential estate will be built in Kralice na Hané in the Prostějov area. In recent years, the village, with nearly 1500 inhabitants, has expanded in the Močidla area, where 22 families found a new home. Currently, Kralice is preparing to construct an additional 60 to 70 family houses. There is interest in plots for building family houses from other municipalities in the region as well. This is reported by today's Prostějovský deník (Deník).
The new estate will be developed in Kralice in three phases in an area provisionally named Močidla 2. A relaxation zone with park landscaping will be created in its center. "We are preparing the second amendment to the zoning plan, which we want to implement this year, including the zoning decision, so that we can fully connect the plots with utilities at the beginning of next year," the mayor Pavel Kolář told the newspaper.
Interest in building plots is also reported by other municipalities in the region. Last year, 15 new family houses were built in Smržice, and this year another ten will be added. "The vast majority of new owners are local interested parties. In the future, we want to support the development of the municipality by improving and completing the internal parts of the village. We plan to repair existing residential buildings and construct in gaps within the development," said the mayor Hana Lebedová.
The municipality of Seloutky has also expanded, where 23 family houses have been added in two locations. Currently, three more are under construction, and preparations are underway for the construction of two more plots. "We help builders with the utility connections of the plots. We aim to contribute to the development and revitalization of Seloutky from the municipal budget," explained the intention of the council the mayor Josef Soldán.
