Prague - The Orco Property Group, which owns the domestic apartment builder IPB Real, will begin construction of a luxury skyscraper in Warsaw. The building permit was obtained at the beginning of November, and construction is expected to start at the end of the first quarter of 2007. The completion of the project is planned for 2009. The company informed ČTK. The amount of the investment was not disclosed.

The Zlota 44 skyscraper is designed with 251 apartments and comfortable amenities. "Zlota 44 will revitalize the center of Warsaw and help bring residents back from the suburbs into the city," said project director Jean-Claude Moustacakis. According to him, the building will be a combination of comfort, unconventional design, and quality services, making it a place where luxury and unique style are part of everyday life.
The skyscraper will feature a reception with 24-hour service, a spa, and a pool. The creators of the skyscraper, Jean Francois Ott and Daniel Libeskind, believe it will become the most interesting place not only in the Polish capital but also in all of Europe.
