Blue Tower in New York by Bernard Tschumi

At the Blue Condo, a newly completed residential skyscraper in lower Manhattan, its first residents are slowly starting to move in. The news of the completion of Tschumi's tower was reported on May 18, 2007, by the online portal World Architecture News. It is a luxury apartment building with 32 units, where the smallest one-bedroom apartment cost a buyer $700,000. A bamboo grove will be located at the entrance, and a doorman will be available in the lobby all day.
The resulting shape of the building, wrapped in a façade of variously colored blue squares, is based on height regulations and the maximum allowable site coverage. Link>
