Serrenia will be a tourist complex costing two billion dollars, spanning over three million square meters, featuring 736 residential units (from palaces to villas to apartments), a luxury hotel, a spa, restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, and commercial and sports facilities. One of the symbols of the entire complex will be a seven-star hotel (there are no specifications for services and amenities for such a type of hotel, indicating extreme luxury) designed by Norman Foster, dubbed the “big worm,” with 200 rooms and a length of 300 meters.
