The new opera building in Oslo and the competition designs for the regeneration of the adjacent Bjorvika fjord, one of whose buildings will be the Edvard Munch museum, were part of a week-long presentation exhibition of new architecture in Oslo at the gallery under London's Oxo Tower Wharf. The entire project is focused on celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Norwegian constitution in 2014. The exhibition was enhanced by a showcase of works by young Norwegian photographer Ole Marius Jorgensen, capturing the atmospheric moods of the Scandinavian metropolis.
The project was organized by the Norwegian Embassy, the city of Oslo, and the tourism development company Visit Oslo.
