Heavy leaden thud, mysterious gray glow, ambiguous metallic sheen, silent rustle of working brain creases, bioelectrical humming of thought processes, frantic discharges of neural synapses, creeping steps of all-pervasive creativity, confused chirping and heat of frantic organizational fever, crash of collapsing ideas, echo of blind alleys, creaking of pencils, teeth, and mistakes, explosions of clairvoyance, promising hum of geysers of imagination…. An unmistakable atmosphere that is an unmistakable harbinger of a great event. Iron will, steel nerves, paper models, plastic cups - LEADEN DUŠAN!
The winter round of the 19th annual competition for architecture and design students of the Faculty of CTU in Prague, organized by the Association of Architecture Students, will culminate in an exhibition of nominated works, which will last from March 16 to April 15, 2012.
The exhibition, showcasing architectural and design works by individuals and studios, will kick off at the National Technical Museum on March 15 at 20:00 with a vernissage followed by a gala evening and announcement of the winning student works.
A strict, uncompromising, impartial, independent, and always objective jury guarantees the regular, fair, and dignified course of the competition with their esteemed, educated, and genius-brained heads, composed of:
