Subject of the Competition The subject of the competition is the preparation of an architectural design for a visitor center "Water House" on the land parcels no. 567 (KN), 569 (PK), 570 (PK), and 571 (PK) in the cadastral area of Hulice. The Water House will be a modern visitor center located near the dam of the Želivka (Švihov) reservoir and the Želivka water treatment plant, intended for the public. The building will consist of three main structures: the visitor center itself, including an indoor exhibition, an outdoor exhibition, and green space, parking. The competition proposals will respect the economic capabilities of the organizer not only in the expected amount of investment costs of approximately 60 million CZK but also in a reasonable level of future operating costs.
