REFERENCE PROJECTS

Family House in Brno
The Brno new build of a two-story family house stands out for its architectural processing. It captivates mainly with organic shaping, including unique rounded glazing. Rigips was notably used here for the cladding of interior surfaces, walls, and ceilings.

Commercial Bank – Auditorium
Rigips drywall played a significant role in the construction of the public space of the Commercial Bank in the outskirts of Prague. The investor, in collaboration with the architect, chose an unusual ceiling solution combined with atypical lighting.

Funeral Hall in Břeclav
The new building of the Funeral Ceremony Hall in Břeclav also won first place in the national round of the Rigips Trophy 2020 and the 12th round of the Saint-Gobain International Gypsum Trophy competition.

RD Black Roofs, Vysoký Újezd near Beroun
This is a wooden building where Rigips's system constructions found broad applications. They are used not only in the structural partitions but also in the outer walls. RigiStabil structural boards were used here.

SELECTION OF PRODUCTS

Habito® H
This high-strength board features high bending strength and increased surface hardness, making it suitable for use in conditions where it may be subjected to demanding mechanical stress, e.g., for security structures of class RC2 to RC4 (according to ČSN EN 1627).

Blue Acoustic Fireproof Board MA (DF) Activ‘Air®
The board contains a unique Activ‘Air® technology for breaking down formaldehyde emissions, which are found in paints, furniture, carpets, adhesives, air fresheners, cigarette smoke, etc. This patented technology can reduce the concentration of formaldehyde in a room by more than 70% within a few days, lasting for over 50 years.

RigiStabil (DFRIEH2) Activ‘Air® Structural Board
This board consists of a special gypsum core reinforced with glass fibers and encased in a strong paper carton. The bending strength and surface hardness are significantly higher than standard drywall. RigiStabil boards are fire-resistant and impregnated.

Rigitone Absorber
A design drywall freely suspended island. It serves to provide a design solution for spatial acoustics in the interior by hanging it on the wall like a picture or freely to the ceiling structure as well as to a sufficiently load-bearing drywall ceiling. A solution for spatial acoustics in a unique design using non-flammable material.

Rifino Top Joint Compound
White, fine, high-quality gypsum joint compound Rifino Top for jointing drywall and for full-surface jointing of drywall constructions without sanding in surface quality Q1-Q4, for applying tapes and strips strengthening corners and edges (Habito® Flex tape, L-TRIM®) and for renovating gypsum plasters.
