Social background parking lot

The municipality of Trojanovice has built a parking lot due to the high interest from tourists in Pustevny. Part of the project included a design for social facilities. Inside the building, there are public restrooms, a technical room, seating under a roof, facilities for camper vans, and a model of the area with basic information.
The load-bearing structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete with steel columns. The roof is complemented by a "green" natural layer. The fixtures are made of stainless steel, in an anti-vandal system.
This is the first realization of our studio in Trojanovice on a "greenfield" site. Until now, we have been involved in renovations and structural modifications of original municipal buildings, except for the bell tower in Horečky, which was completed without any fee entitlement.
