Residence Gotthardská - apartment no. 22

Both interiors were created within the Gotthardská Residence as parallel designs of two residential units for a father and son. They share a unified architectural language and formal logic, but differ in spatial organization, material and color solutions, thus resulting in distinct atmospheres.

The layout of apartment no. 22 is structured compactly, emphasizing clearly defined functional units and their logical connections.
The living space includes a large-format aquarium as well as a fireplace. The interior is composed of a consistent material solution with an emphasis on natural surfaces, particularly wood and stone in a muted color spectrum. Attention to detail in the execution and the connection of individual elements of built-in furnishings play an important role in ensuring the integrity of the space.
