Biography
Simon Hsu earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Brown University and a master's degree from Harvard University. He worked for twelve years at the New York firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. He then founded his own studio, io Architects. After returning to Hong Kong in 2013, he worked at the firms Aedas and Herzog & de Meuron. Since 2016, he has been a visiting professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
